BetPK Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement

02Eligibility to Use BetPK

To register and maintain an active account on betpk, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, and automated systems may not register betpk accounts.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion programme you have personally enrolled in, including betpk's own self-exclusion system.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each betpk account must be registered, funded, and used solely by the individual whose details are provided at registration.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

BetPK reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during your account lifetime, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or fund withholding pending verification.

03Account Registration & Security

When registering a betpk account, you are required to provide your mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration process. All information you provide must be accurate at the time of registration and must be updated promptly if your circumstances change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpk login credentials. BetPK will never ask you for your password through any channel — not by email, not via Live Chat, and not by phone. Any communication claiming to be from betpk and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including family members.
• Use a unique, strong password for your betpk account that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of betpk when using shared or public devices.
• Contact betpk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BetPK will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any bets or transactions completed on your account before we are notified of unauthorised access will stand as valid.

BetPK may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This process may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as your Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and proof of ownership for any payment method used. Verification documents must be submitted in a clear, readable format. Betpk aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48–72 hours of receiving complete documentation.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betpk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetPK does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay); Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card payments.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• BetPK does not accept deposits made from borrowed funds, including credit card cash advances.
• Funds deposited to betpk are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation of receipt.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 for all methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible ("same source" rule).
• BetPK processes withdrawal requests within one business day of approval. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15 minutes of processing. Bank IBFT transfers settle same business day.
• BetPK reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any active bonus balance.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

BetPK offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses are credited to your betpk account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash.
• Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Standard wagering requirement for the betpk welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• BetPK reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting typically contribute 100% unless specifically excluded in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per betpk account.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

BetPK takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions considered to be bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; placing offsetting bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any betpk account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on betpk are final once confirmed. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet or wager. BetPK will not reverse or cancel bets placed in error by the player.

• All casino games on betpk — including live dealer tables and RNG slot and table games — are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider. By playing a game, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
• BetPK does not control the software or outcomes of games provided by third-party studios. Game malfunctions are governed by the provider's void/payout policies.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round where the outcome cannot be determined, the round will be voided and stakes returned to players.

• Sports bets on betpk are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event, as determined by betpk's data providers and verified by publicly available results.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to betpk's standard void rules — typically voided and stakes returned unless a specified in-play threshold has been crossed.
• BetPK reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and re-settle affected bets. If a bet was accepted at a materially incorrect price, betpk may void the bet or settle at the correct odds.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the betpk platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one betpk account in any name, using any contact information, or from any device or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial system to interact with betpk, place bets, claim bonuses, or extract data.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to betpk's systems, databases, or any other player's account.
• Colluding with other players or betpk staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, stolen payment methods, or any other illegal means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or customer support interactions.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal game conditions. Such winnings will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation in connection with betpk bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betpk staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat.

08Account Suspension and Closure

BetPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, betpk may withhold any pending withdrawals, bonus balances, or winnings pending a full investigation. BetPK's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

If you wish to close your betpk account voluntarily for any reason, you may do so by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@betpk.im. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days.

If you believe betpk has made a decision in error regarding your account or a bet settlement, you may raise a formal dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint. BetPK will review all disputes in good faith and respond within 10 business days. Our decision following review is final.

09Responsible Gaming

BetPK is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this seriously. BetPK provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your betpk account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, betting is paused until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at your chosen intervals to alert you to how long you have been playing on betpk.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen summaries of your session activity including time played and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion from betpk for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the betpk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of BetPK or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from betpk in any form or by any means without prior written permission from BetPK. You may not use betpk's trademarks, brand name, or logo in any context without explicit authorisation. Automated scraping or bulk downloading of betpk content is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the betpk platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11Limitation of Liability

The betpk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure uninterrupted availability and accurate information, BetPK makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the platform's continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetPK shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use betpk.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond betpk's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherent to the nature of gaming and accepted by you when placing any bet.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any action taken in good faith by betpk in response to a suspected Terms violation, including account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits betpk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

BetPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering a betpk account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BetPK uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the platform (such as payment processing and identity verification) or where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by betpk. Such requests should be directed to support@betpk.im. Please note that deletion requests may be subject to regulatory data retention requirements.

13Changes to These Terms

BetPK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the betpk platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

Your continued use of betpk following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using betpk and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

BetPK recommends that all registered players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms is always available at betpk.im/terms-conditions.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which BetPK operates. By using the betpk platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through betpk's internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to apply in full.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BetPK with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
